Store & Clinic Re-Opening

We at Nightingale are pleased to say…welcome back! All seven of our store and clinic locations are fully re-opening for in-store visits very soon. Here’s what you need to know about our new in-store procedures, to ensure that everyone stays safe.

Our Plan

At present, we are preparing to fully open all seven Nightingale locations for in store purchases, fittings and clinics (with limited capacity and according to British Columbia provincial health guidelines). Fitting appointments can be booked in advance for mastectomy and compression, effective May 19th. Our in-person Nurse Specialized in Wound, Ostomy and Continence (NSWOC) clinics will reopen starting June 1st. Telephone consults will remain an option indefinitely. In addition, our Broadway and Langley locations will re-open on Saturdays starting on June 6th. For the time being, our clinics will be open by appointment only. Please contact your local Nightingale location to book your appointment.

Your Safety

Your safety is our top priority. That is why our plan to keep you and our team members safe relies on everyone being prepared. From digital thermometer screening upon entering our clinics, to providing hand sanitizer and face masks, to maintaining physical distancing measures, and comprehensive cleaning procedures, we are keen to take all possible safety precautions.

Our Promise

We want you to feel comfortable and confident when accessing Nightingale’s services. We understand that many clients may feel nervous even once provincial guidelines are relaxed, and encourage you to continue to contact Nightingale the way you feel most comfortable. For those not comfortable with in-person visits we will continue to provide over-the-phone consultations, curbside pickup and delivery services.

On behalf of all Nightingale team members, I would like to thank you for your continued support and trust during these past months, we look forward to seeing you soon.
