Pharmacare
We are fully PharmaCare certified. BC residents please call us and we
can determine your PharmaCare eligibility by accessing PharmaNet with
your name, date of birth and Care Card number.
Ministry of Social Development
We supply a letter that is brought to your Regional/District Office. You will then receive a form (Orthoses Request and Justification) that needs to be filled out in part by your doctor and in part by us. A doctor’s diagnosis is required. Click HERE for the Regional Office location nearest you.
WorkSafe BC
We can directly bill WorkSafe BC. We need a doctor’s referral and a claim number. WorkSafe BC approval is required before the device is released to the client. Please visit WorkSafe BC’s website.
Dept. of veterans affairs
A doctor’s referral and a valid ID card with a ‘K’ number are required. A request is then faxed to DVA. Prior approval is required before the brace can be released. Please visit the DVA website.
ICBC
A doctor’s referral is required as well as a claim number. ICBC approval is required before the device is released to the client. Please visit ICBC’s website.
Non-Insured Health Benefits
A doctor’s referral is required with a diagnosis on it. The request is faxed to FNIHB. The device is not released until prior approval is obtained.
