  • Cooked, Peeled, and Seedless Vegetables: Potatoes, zucchini, tomatoes, lettuce.
  • Peeled and Seedless Fruits: Ripe bananas, honeydew, cantaloupe, seedless watermelon.
  • Canned Fruits: Apricots, peaches, pears.
High-Protein Foods

Essential for wound healing:

  • Lean Proteins: Eggs, tofu, skinless poultry, fish.
