It moulds softly to the skin without sticking to the moist wound bed, so it can be removed easily without damaging newly formed tissue. Its open mesh structure lets exudate and topical treatments pass through to a secondary dressing, helping protect fragile tissue and support undisturbed healing between dressing changes.
