Welcome back! All seven of our store and clinic locations are fully open for in-store visits. Here’s what you need to know about our updated in-store procedures, to ensure that everyone stays safe.
Our Plan
At present, all seven Nightingale locations are open for in-store purchases, fittings and clinics (with social distancing and masks encouraged). Fitting appointments can be booked in advance for mastectomy and compression. Our in-person Nurse Specialized in Wound, Ostomy and Continence (NSWOC) clinics are fully open. Telephone consults will remain an option indefinitely. Please contact your local Nightingale location to book your appointment.
Your Safety
Your safety is our top priority, therefore a few pieces of our plan will be continued as we jump into Step 3 of BC’s Restart Plan.
Steps we are taking include the following:
- Continuing to provide you and our Nightingale Medical team hand sanitizer, face masks and cleaning supplies at all stores
- Continuing to encourage physical distancing measures where possible
- Continuing comprehensive cleaning procedures and sanitization in between appointments
- Allowing our team and clients the ability to enter with or without masks (may be requested if necessary)
As we are all working together to ensure the safety of our clients and staff, we recommend that if you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms that you follow provincial guidelines to monitor and take a test where necessary.
Our Promise
We want you to feel comfortable and confident when accessing Nightingale’s services. We understand that many clients may feel nervous even once provincial guidelines are relaxed, and encourage you to continue to contact Nightingale the way you feel most comfortable. For those who are uncomfortable with in-person visits, we will continue to provide over-the-phone consultations, curb-side pickup and delivery services.
