What is an affirmation?
Affirmations are sentences that aim to influence our conscious and subconscious mind, thereby influencing our behavior, thought patterns, habits, and our surroundings.
It is recommended to say your affirmations at least two times a day. Always make sure to be consistent and repeat them daily.
