The Perfect Holiday Iced Chai

  • ½ cup water
  • 2 chai tea bags
  • 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ cup ice
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 1 packet LiquaCel®Unflavoured
  • Whipped cream (optional)


  1. In a small saucepan or a microwave-safe cup, heat ¼ cup of water until it boils. Place tea bags into the hot water and let them steep for 5 minutes. Afterward, remove and dispose of the tea bags.
  2. Mix in sugar until it is entirely dissolved, and then incorporate the remaining ¼ cup of water, which can be cold or at room temperature. Set the mixture aside.
  3. Fill a 16-ounce cup with 1.5 cups of ice, and then pour in the milk and 1 packet LiquaCel®Unflavoured.
  4. Pour the chai mixture onto the milk and stir until well combined. If you like, you can add optional whipped cream on top. Enjoy!
